About the Role: We are seeking highly skilled Commercial Excellence Consultants to join our team in Copenhagen, so you must live in the Copenhagen area. In this role, you will ensure our clients get the most value possible from their technology investments by providing implementation services and ongoing operational optimization and maintenance. You will bring your operational and technical expertise to ProMeasure internally and externally to our clients, optimizing processes and ensuring the highest level of operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop, deliver, and implement tailor-made solutions to solve clients’ business challenges.
• Provide technical and functional leadership on critical cloud document management systems, primarily supplied by Veeva Systems (Vault) or Salesforce.com.
• Solution design and configuration, development, and optimization of support procedures.
• Manage change requests and system change management, including Veeva PromoMats and Veeva Vault CRM impact analyses.
• Conduct periodic reviews, assessments, tests, and other compliance tasks.
• Provide technical support and act as subject matter expert for business stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and KPIs utilizing internal or client ticketing tools.

To fill the position as Commercial Excellence Consultant, you are excellent at developing, delivering, and implementing tailor-made solutions to solve the clients’ business challenges and needs. You and your colleagues deliver continuous and thorough project management and follow-up.

Your professional qualifications and experience include: 

• +3 years of experience working with Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault or Salesforce.com Sales & Marketing Cloud.
  • Veeva Vault Platform System Administrator Certificate or
    Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree within business or IT.
• API and SDK development experience preferred, experience with GxP and GAMP is a benefit, ITIL certification is a plus but not required and experience with cloud systems operations and knowledge of DevOps and agile development is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Language capabilities within German, Italian, Spanish, or French would be highly welcomed.
